Overview

gygcalories.com is a free tool that helps you calculate nutritional information for Guzman y Gomez and Zambrero menu items. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we collect.

What We Collect

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (cookieless, privacy-focused) for basic traffic and performance metrics, and — only if you accept our consent banner — PostHog product analytics to understand how the calculators are used. Together this includes:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Feature usage and on-page interactions (e.g. which menu items and ingredients are selected, clicks and page flows)
• General device and browser type
• Approximate (city/country-level) location
• Anonymous page performance metrics
• With your consent, a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser so we can recognise repeat visits (PostHog). This is not linked to your identity.

What We Don't Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone)
• Precise IP addresses (anonymized)
• Cross-site tracking data
• Data sold to third parties

Cookies

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless. If you accept our consent banner, PostHog stores a cookie/local-storage entry containing a random identifier so we can recognise repeat visits. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and PostHog collects nothing.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense) also sets cookies. See the Advertising section below for details and how to opt out.

Advertising

We display ads through Google AdSense to help cover the cost of running this free tool. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Australia & Singapore Compliance

This site is designed to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Behavioural analytics (PostHog) run only after you opt in via the consent banner; our remaining analytics collect minimal, anonymized, cookieless data, and we disclose the third-party advertising cookies set by Google AdSense.

Third-Party Services
